Who is eligible to apply for the BaseCamp programme?
BaseCamp is open to young people aged 18 to 25 who are entering or in the early stages of their professional careers. Founding priority is given to Kashmiri Pandit youth, in keeping with the programme’s origins, and broader cohorts are welcomed each cycle. Selection is based on application and interview, and prioritises commitment and openness to mentorship over existing achievement.
